Build Top Lux begins designing a new boutique building in the heart of Sofia. On one of the most beautiful and old boulevards in the capital – ‘Skobelev’ Blvd., the construction of a new residential building is about to start. The architecture will be maintained in the style, typical of the central part of the city, in harmony with the surrounding space. The comfort of the building is the main task of Build Top Lux. For its achievement functional distribution, modern technologies in construction, quality and innovative materials are applied. The building is planned to have seven floors with underground parking, shops/offices on the ground floor and six apartments.
